The bottom of the mountain was brown and stony, although maybe he'd add some greeny lichen patches or something. And then there was snow. Lots of snow, since the yeti was a cold weather creature. And the inside of the cave was black as night.

He peeked over at Maddie as he worked. "I like that big yeti. I'd like to really meet one, even though I know it isn't perfectly safe. I'm going to Tibet this summer, actually."
Professor Glendower seemed to like the path they'd chosen to express their yeti ideas and Maddie smiled broadly at her before turning back to her work. They made a good team, her and Mo. Just like good buddies should, yeah?

Bonnets?! Maddie giggled and shook her head at him. She'd NEVER knit a bonnet. Did people even WEAR bonnets anymore? Silly Mo. Talented Mo too. The small brunette had paused in her efforts to watch him work on the mountainside, fascinated. He had a knack for this, mhm. "That's a REALLY great idea! I used a fake spider to scare my brother Leo once. I hung it from a string and dangled it over his bed. He screamed like a GIRL!" Heh.

After each yeti had eyes, Maddison turned her attention to the camper. She selected pipe cleaners for the head, shirt, pants, and shoes. She even selected a nice shade of green for a little backpack. Then with dexterous fingers, she began to shape the male camper. He had a stick figure quality to him but with a little bending, the first year got him to stand and sit so he looked more lifelike. Not half bad if you asked HER.

"Well don't die or anything, okay? I know you're going to forget ALL about me when you graduate but I'm still sort of attached, OKAY?" Her tone was almost accusing but her expression was soft. She CARED and she hated that she did but she couldn't help it. Merlin help her.
