He toddled over and got the pink icing before heading back over to the girl studentsie. "Here you go!" he plopped it down on the table in front of her. Too bad that didn't make a funny cloud like the flour did.
Sophie wasn't one for cuteness and all things fluffy and sweet, but...this elf was just PRECIOUS! Sophie smiled as it graciously volunteered to go get the icing then set off. The icing must not have been far, because the elf was back in no time with a tub of pink icing.
"Thank you," she said, accepting the icing.
"I'm Sophie. You're Toddles, right?" She'd heard somebody mention it early on.
Sophie found a spatula and began spooning pieces of icing onto her fortune cookies. She used the spatula to spread the icing into neat swirls. Pretty soon, the tops of the cookies were covered in pink. She was about to ask the elf for a container of sprinkles, but she happened to look next to her and noticed someone had left them nearby. Ohh, rainbow sprinkles!
Sophie opened the container and began sprinkling the rainbow pieces onto the iced parts of the cookies. With that, she thought she was done with the cookies. Icing and sprinkles should be good enough...not to mention the fortune inside. She then began cleaning up her area, because she knew they'd be expected to do that.
