Now it was time to preform the task that could very well mess up the entire operation. Her measurements needed to be exact because she had every intention on noming these cookies. So she needed two eggs, but not the yolks. Exactly HOW was she going to get the yolks separated from the eggs? Did she look like a young Betty Crocker over here? AJ picked up a egg and cracked it over a bowl. The yolk went into the bowl with the white. RUDE. Didn't it know that it wasn't welcome. Now she had to start all over. Finally she managed to get two egg whites into the bowl about twenty minutes later.

Vanilla and almond extract went in next. Mmmm... the extracts smelled like heaven. Vegetable oil, flour and cornstarch followed quickly behind. AJ was even measuring the right amounts. Salt, sugar, and water was dumped in next. Weee.... her cookies were going to be fabulous!
