She was not one for muggle talk. Professor Bellaire grumbled loudly as she readied her wand. One day was all she wanted...one day of warmth. She wasn't 20 anymore and her bones did not like all this cold. She was not amused...no..not one bit.
"Alright everyone, keep calm and let me try to fix this." Ugh..She was sure some numb nut or the other left the door open and let the cold in and with all the bloody students in here, there was no way her enchantment would hold.
"Just wrap yourselves up and let me try to banish those clouds." A few complicated swirls and jabs, had the clouds disappearing.
Once fully clothed, Cutty lifted his wand to attempt a drying spell, still thinking that it was some sort of pop!quiz given out on behalf of the Professor Bellaire. But then he saw her trying her best to battle the stormy weather herself and it became apparent that this was not her doing.
The windchill factor came to play and then he spotted it. The little snowflake that took up residence upon the cute little Hufflepuff's nose. For a moment there it looked like Cutty was so focused on the snowflake that he might have casted Lux's nose right off and thrown the baby out with the bathwater. It reminded him of the blizzard from their first Transfiguration class and that brought with it a host of other memories.
Slowly. Carefully. Cutty slithered his way inch by inch out of the Irie room and saved his own backside.
