They needed ingredients now! "I'm going to grab the ingredients, want to shrink the fortunes, mate?" he asked and then he set off to do so. They needed 2 eggs, vanilla extract, almond extract, vegetable oil, flour, cornstarch, salt, sugar, and water. Okay, sounded good.

SPOILER!!: recipe

Ingredients
2 eggs (whites only), use the yolks for something else
1/2 tsp. (2.2g) of vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. (2.2g) of almond extract
3 tbsp. (41g) of vegetable oil
8 tbsp. (62.5g) of flour
1 1/2 tsp. (4g) of cornstarch
1/4 tsp. (1.5g) of salt
8 tbsp. (100g) of sugar
3 tsp. (15g) of water

Steps
1.Make fortunes, use the shrinking charm reducio to make the parchment small enough to fit into the cookie.
2.Using your wand heat preheat the oven.
3.Combine all the ingredients and mix well until dough is smooth.
4.Place tablespoons of batter onto a cookie sheet, space them around 2 inches apart.
5.Bake for fifteen minutes or until golden brown.
6.Remove cookie and place parchment in the middle, fold the cookie over.
7.Form into fortune cookie shape.
8.Place cookies into a muffin tin to hold their shape. Let cool for ten minutes.
9.Decorate if you like.

"You're the chef." Ethan shrugged as he fished out the parchment of fortunes out of his pocket and laid each one of them flat on the table. He too got Simon's parchments, and prepped them to be shrinked. "Reducio!" One by one, the parchments became tiny strips of paper, small enough to be enveloped inside the cookies.

"I'll go start the oven, yeah? That should save us time..." If Simon asked, his best friend is now a master when it comes to the Fire Making Spell. How many times did he actually burn the Aparecium articles? He lost count. Ahem. Anyway. "Incendio!" Fiiiyaaaaaaaaah.

Now that two steps are done, Ethan consulted his notes and checked it off the list.
