Weren't they meant to be taking prisoners as well? Where was their dummy? It only seemed right that they be allowed to have one. Her eyes lifted to the dummies floating--more like spiraling-- above her head. They needed one. Blasting was all well and done but weren't captured ones worth more in the end. Romanos said you had to catch it and keep it in your possession. If you weren't fortified against thieves then really, you shouldn't be holding the dummy hostage.
