Stepping into the kitchens, Layla had to wonder why they hadn't had
every class here. It was definitely warmer than the rest of the castle. Maybe the other professors hadn't thought of it?
"Hello, professor," she greeted before getting herself some hot chocolate, finding herself a seat and reading the note. Wait, what? Bragging on yourself? She wasn't really a huge fan of that. Doing nice things and feeling good about it, yes, but not turning around and bragging about them. As Layla saw it, if you sought recognition for something good you did, then you did it for selfish reasons instead of out of kindness.
But it appeared that this little 'snaps' thing was something they
had to do so she quickly wrote something down and dropped it in the cup before returning to her seat.
