"Whoa. It actually FROZE," he said, like she couldn't see the big piece of ICE in his hand right now.
Sophie was starting to get antsy about the fact that the bottle was quickly filling up with what felt like freezing cold water. Her brother still hadn't ended the charm, and so Sophie's eyes darted back and forth between the bottle and her brother. Finally, he ended the charm, and she breathed a sigh of relief.
"I was starting to wonder if you were going to end it," she said. After that squirt in the face, she didn't trust him not to drench her.
Sophie was still looking at the bottle of ice cold water, when she realized Caleb still had his wand at the ready. He wasn't going to drench her now, was she? She started to duck, when she looked up and noticed the icicle hanging from his wand.
"Whoa," she said, eyeing it as he removed it and held it up.
"That's...really cool. You know, when you were casting the charm, I kept thinking that the water felt a lot colder than that first bottle. It was freezing over."
Pretty cool, lil bro.
