"Oh yes, I'm trying. The wind had made it so much harder and I'm afraid many of the charms keep faltering out, but it's do able." She was sure to keep positive even if she is cold. "Plus I get to be in my favorite snuggie so that is always fun."

Glancing down at the cookie she wondered if something was wrong with it. "Was the cookie not good? The house elves made them so I would hope they were up to par." She really hoped nothing was wrong with them.
Penelope never ever had hot chocolate. The professor would find out soon enough. "Tea, please," she said, sitting down on the couch. She smiled at the professor. This was a professor that she could get to know, and come back other years to have tea.

It was cold in this tower, like Ravenclaw tower. "It's not much warmer in the Ravenclaw tower." Yes, she knew how cold it could be in the towers. "We learned the insulation charm in charms class. It will keep the heat inside the castle." Not that they had any heat to retain, but it might help if they did some warm air charms after insulating the castle. "We could insulate your office, if you want to." Insulate the office for Professor Cassie and do her charms homework at the same time.

Was the cookie not good? Penelope had not eaten any of it. How should she know if it was good or not? "Uh... I don't know. I didn't eat it." Now for the next part. "Actually, about the cookies... I thought that before the next lesson, I should tell you," almost to the important part, there were cookies and hot chocolate at the lessons, "I'm allergic to wheat." Just so the professor knew. Penelope was not going to be eating any cookies or having any hot chocolate.
