Donnacha turned and grinned at Cassia, giving her a thumbs up before jumping after another butterfly. The butterfly was too quick though and Donny ended up falling head first into the plant he had meant to jump over.

"Ew." Plants didn't taste good, you know? Donny got up and cleaned his face. His net... was fine. Perfect. More butterfly hunting then. No broken faces, though. His mam wouldn't like that. .....not that she would find out. Being snowed in and all that had it's perks. "Any ideas on how to cats all the butterflies?!" Head Girls had clever ideas yeah?

Despite his very strict rules & odd way of watching her a majority of the day, she knew that he was a good man.

However, she didn't think that he would be very happy nor patient with trying to catch these butterflies. Josie groaned a little bit as she hadn't managed to catch the butterfly & looked over at Cassia as she spoke to her. She seemed a bit puzzled as she learned that these butterflies DISAPPEARED?! Josie questionably raised her hands as she asked, "T-Then how is one s-supposed to catch them?"

Apparently those butterflies were really tricky. Donny was obviously doing his best and Cassia almost thought he was going to catch one but then he didn't. Did anyone even catch any so far? Well, she hadn't not seen that but it's gotten crowded and she could have easily missed. Though she expected them to come to her since she was going to be giving the prizes. Speaking of those, her eyes darted to the prizes box. All safe. Awesome.

"Well, you can find a lot of them by the flowers," She answered Donny. So you know the more butterflies there were the more chance he could catch one, right ?

She was almost about to feel guilty for making up the rule about not using magic but nah, it would have been way too easier and not fun then. This is challenging and fun. But then Josie asked a question. "They don't always disappear," she clarified to the younger girl. "But that's why you need to be sneaky and fast," She said.

Perhaps she should catch a couple to show those people how it's done. Like she did try it out when they were setting the whole thing up and she remembered succeeding.

The History of Magic professor stood in the middle of it all with her arms open wide, slowly spinning around Sound of Music style.

But they were here to catch the butterflies, weren't they? That could be tons of fun! Nessa retrieved a net for herself and set off, gliding along the path, swooshing her net around in the attempt to randomly pick up one of the glowing insects as she passed. And so many children had come out for the day, how fun! She beamed over at the Head Girl as she encouraged the others to scoop up some butterflies. "Anyone up for a little friendly competition?" Nessa announced to no one in particular as she swept her net over a butterfly that soon shot sparks out of its antennae, making the woman squeal in surprise. Teehee, this was fun!
To think she thought at the beginning that this was going to be an abandoned place. Psht, how wrong was she!? "Hello, professor!" Cassia smiled at the woman. "Great to have you here joining the fun," See, maybe the History professor could catch a couple of butterflies and show all those people how it's done. Or maybe Cassia could, that was an idea for. So yeah, she probably could use that net she was holding.
