Jasmine had just come closer to the window and opened it further to check on her balloon. While she was looking down at her temperature gauge, she felt the wind pick up considerably. That was really saying something because the wind was pretty fierce to begin with. All of a sudden a big rush of air blew in and the window slammed shut. Jasmine and some of her classmates must have gotten hit by ice pellets because her cheeks started stinging like crazy.

Jasmine looked up just in time to see the balloons going wild outside the window and then they were gone........just like that. O_______O What in the world was happening? When the Professor said to move away from the windows, Jasmine didn't have to be told twice. She headed back to her desk and then heard that class was being dismissed. Not knowing what else to do, Jasmine packed up her things and prepared to leave.
