Her team's sign was conveniently stationed at the first table, which was nice because she wasn't wearing sneakers. And although these shoes were flat, she wanted her converse for walking. Insert moment of mourning here.
Anyway, where were Alexis (that one teammate who was almost as old as her MOTHER would be right now. Awkward) and Colin? Colin Mackenzie, the epitome of perfection and all the other lovely adjectives she couldn't think of right now because her brain was filled with HIM. Dreamy sigh.
But her hand, right. It was prepared. Come at her, crazy fans.
Did she have those yet? Melanie was back over the ocean for a week to visit her grandparents. With them aging and her few days off from work in the studio, she liked to go back whenever she could to help out. When she was back in town, she also happened to hear about this little event so naturally, she decided to go. Landon was back at her grandparents; he had slept in and Melanie could not make him budge.
The former lioness hummed a song under her breath as she flipped her blonde hair over one shoulder and walked straight towards one specific tent where she knew a specific little biter would be. "Echem," Melanie said, walking over to the younger girl. "Miss Alice Fischer, could I please get you to autograph this quaffle of mine? I absolutely adore your work on the field."
