This resulted in Grindlewald being sent to prison. This was the battle of good vs. evil ultimately. Initially the two men had some similar ideas, but Dumbledore understood the error of his ways. He had a new beginning and a change in thinking. He was known for his innovation and went on to become a great leader and arguably the greatest wizard of all time. Dumbledore used his knowledge and power for good rather than evil. 31 July 1980: This was the day that Harry Potter was born. If anyone was the master of illumination, he was. Harry was the first to reveal that Voldemort had returned. He was also an inspirational messenger/one who uplifts others because repeatedly avoided Voldemort's attempts to kill him and gave others hope. As the "Chosen one", he raised people's consciousness and solved the Wizarding world's greatest problem by defeating/killing Voldemort. 24 June 1995: This was the day hat Cedric Diggory was killed and Voldemort returned to power. It was an ending in terms of Cedric's life. It was also the ending of Voldemort's powerless state. He had somewhat of a metamorphosis and became a full (albeit weird) bodied entity.
