He spotted Charlie. Connor honestly hadn't seen her much since before christmas so he wanted to go and say hey and maybe catch up and junk. Did she know about the little falling out with he and Elodie? It seemed plenty of people did..If not he wasn't going to talk about it. They talked and he was over it now so no need to reopen that stuff.
"Hey, Charlie.." He grinned and looked at her cat behind her. "Is he yours? This is mine.." The gryffindor pointed back at the orange, attention seeking fluff-ball behind him.
Hearing her name, Charlie dropped a couple more treats for Lightening before looking up. "Oh. Conner. Hi." She managed, pushing her hair behind her ears and smiling at the younger boy. She knew... most things that had gone on. Elodie had told her some, and of course, some she'd been perceptive enough to guess. She hadn't pressured to know the full story - her friend didn't need that, and so she was under the impression that Connor had done everything he could to go against her advice.
Something which kind of annoyed her, but she wasn't going to let him know that. Advice didn't have to be followed, after all. Nodding a little, she bent down to pick her Bombay up, scooping him up into her arms. "Yeah. Lightening. He's old." And Connors was...... "Smaug, right?" There was a nod in the animals direction. "Jun told me."
