Cris' brows raised in surprise when he felt someone poke him in the arm. Turning around, he was even more surprised to see it was a Slytherin. He had seen her a couple of times in other classes too, but he never had the opportunity to say hello to her.

"Oh....um...thanks a lot. That's really nice of you....um...Beverly," Cris quickly glanced down at the card to see what her name was. Then he studied what she had written and blushed. She thought he was smart. Now THAT was very nice of her to say.
