Unforgivably Cursed | adultescent Nessa wasn't completely sure a game was going to work. On one hand, a few of the students seemed to think it was a good idea, maybe take their minds off of their worries. But on the other hand, a few of them just seemed far too distracted in their concerns for anything to really get their minds away from them. Still, she would at least attempt, what else could she do?
Professor Glendower gave Lucy a bright smile, though she was fairly confused. What was witch color controls? That was not one she had heard of, but perhaps the girl could teach it to her sometime. "Well, actually, Mr. Kitridge and I had already planned for an activity to do at the end of our meeting before we were.. um, interrupted." That seemed the best word for it. "We thought we'd play a game of charades using the creatures in the book.." She was rather excited at the prospect when they had discussed it and was still willing to play if they wanted to.
Brown eyes snapped to Lux as she heard her words and she watched a moment as she started to head out. Oh no.. no, no, no. She could not let the young girl out in the cold and dark, not unsupervised, and especially when they did not know what was going on out there. "Excuse me for one moment students," Nessa addressed her small group as she got up. "If you need anything, please see Professor Thompson." She gestured towards his group at the other side of the library before she went after Lux, catching up to her just outside of the library. "Lux!" Nessa called after her. "I cannot let you run out like this! Now I can see that you're worried about Victor, but he is with Mr. Kitridge and I know that he will take good care of him. It will be more dangerous if you go outside in the dark alone and unsupervised." Who knew what could happen to her and she just would not allow it. At least they were in a group.. safety in numbers was important. "I want you to come back inside where we'll all wait together and make sure everything is alright." If she didn't want to play the game, that was fine, but maybe it would help her to not be so worried.
