Reading over cases was not as simple as it sounded. It did require quite the amount of concentration, specifically if done properly. It was for this reason that it took Erin a good minute before looking up towards the other prosecutor.
"Huh?" Her manners were forgotten as it took her another minute to register what he has said. "Oh..coffee. Yeah. Can't go a day by without it." Was she meant to say more?
She was unsure and felt slightly uncomfortable talking to somebody she didn't know too well. Hopefully that would change though, after all they were going to work together almost daily now. Being the newbie was always strange, wasnt it? |
