As Jasmine started to write, the words came easily. She didn't know how great of a card it would be, but she hoped that it would express her feelings. Her card had more words than pictures, but she hoped that Cris would like it. Jasmine tried to turn away from him so he couldn't see what she was doing. Hopefully it would be a nice surprise.
SPOILER!!: Cris
QUOTE=FireboltAvis88;11630424]Cris pulled out another piece of parchment and sat staring down at it. This one was special...not that the others weren't too. Those were also special, but this one....this one for his girlfriend. His true Valentine.
Cris began drawing in the cartoon figure holding a nice red heart. Liking the fact that one heart turned out, Cris began drawing in more hearts. He began to laugh as he drew out first one and then another. He hated to admit it but he was actually getting good at drawing them too.
Then, just for the fun of it, he drew in two smiley faces. Now for the coloring. Cris took his time coloring the small shaped hearts. First selecting a red crayon, and then a purple one and then a pink. Cris hoped that Jasmine liked the colors he had picked.
Next were the wordings. Cris knew what he felt in his heart, but he just didn't know how to translate them into drawings. So he just simply picked the words that he hoped would represent everything he felt.
Once he was done, he sat back and studied and looked at it. Then folding the paper in half, Cris leaned over to Jasmine.
"
Here Jasmine, I made this for you. Happy Valentine's Day," he smiled at her before handing her the
card.
Then he turned back to his own desk and pulled out another blank piece of white paper.
He was now on a roll!![/QUOTE]
Suddenly, Cris leaned over and handed Jasmine a card.
You made this........for me? Jasmine took the card and opened it. Looking at Cris, she said,
"Oh Cris, it's beautiful".
"I love it! Thank you so much" Remembering that she was in class, she would have to hold off anymore thank yous until later. Still smiling about her beautiful card, Jasmine reached down for the one she had made and handed it to Cris.
