It was cold. Lake-freezing cold. But Benjy was Benjy, which meant he was wearing his usual year-round attire of...shorts. He was wearing plenty of layers up top though, with his favourite red slouchy beanie to keep his ears warm. Funny, Vesper hadn't acquired that one yet...it probably wouldn't be too long if the weather stayed like this though.

With a grin, he made his way to the lake. Whoa, it was busy! Apparently he wasn't the only one who decided a skate would be the best way to make the most of the frozen lake. "Hey peeps!" he greeted generally, with a special beam at Vesper. Maybe he'd get to hold her hand properly today? It seemed like a perfect excuse. Oh, and that red blob was a Professor Flamsteed? "...and, hi to you Professor," he added quickly.

Right, time to transfigure some skates, and get on the ice!
