Jasmine blushed when Cris complimented her on her dress. "Thank you", she whispered to him. Then he placed a small, neatly wrapped box on the table in front of her. Looking at Cris with surprise, Jasmine said, "Oh Cris, thank you so much". "Happy Valentine's Day"

Before Jasmine could say anything else. The Professor indicated that it was time to start class. Jasmine whispered to Cris, "I have something for you too". "I guess we'll have to open them after class." It was going to be very hard to concentrate on class when all Jasmine could think about was Cris, Valentine's Day and Cris.

Reluctantly turning her attention to Professor Cassie, Jasmine listened to her read all of the things that the students were proud of. Then she asked the first question. Jasmine raised her hand to respond, but not quite fast enough. When it was her turn, she added her thoughts.

"The poster shows the different signs of the zodiac. A person's sign is determined by their birthdate. You can tell a lot of different things about a person if you know their zodiac sign.". Jasmine was not exactly sure what they they would be using the chart to determine during today's class.
