Mr. Unicorn: Kim's daughter: Jenn's sister : MILKSHAKES: Lita Daley: The Sun: Its so Fluffy! Saxon listened to everyone else's ideas, and to what Mariel had to say to elaborate on them. Glancing here and there to the employees whenever one of them spoke up. She did, see, however, Victoria taking some notes, and it made Saxon wonder if she should be taking some as well. Though, she wouldn't worry too much, she could always go up to Victoria during break and ask to transfer her notes onto Saxon's own paper.
Then, the scheduling issue was addressed and Saxon just nodded. Spring as well, was probably more of an off season time for the teams and were more able to do such an event like this, compared to the summer, when they were probably busy all over the place playing games with one another. It now made sense. "Of course, it makes sense. And, as you said, its not like we're going to not see people arrive. We are a large wizarding community, after all." There would still be people, and that's all that mattered.
The blonde was then addressed and Saxon nodded several times. "Yes, gobstones can work on setting up the food and drinks for the event. I think its something we can all handle." It didn't seem like so much work. They could even be the vendors, the gobstones workers, there was no problem with that. "We'll do our best to keep it quidditch themed." She said, giving her boss a smile. That meant that some ideas on how to make the food, drinks and concession stands slightly quidditch related. It should be fun.
It seemed like Mariel had given some pre-thought to this, seeing as she seemed to suggest to each person what she felt like her employees were capable of taking over. And as soon as possible, it did seem far away, but planning took time so they couldn't be too leisure about this, or relaxed. The more work and time they spent on this the better it would be.
