I'm scared to write my parents about it because they are probably going to make me go home for the rest of term." As much as she wanted to be away from the cold, the thought of leaving Bay and her friends even for a few months made Lux very sad. She needed to be with her friends, and she wanted to help out as much as possible. "I sure hope they stop having lessons outside. Ancient Runes was terrible and I had to get a ride on Kace's back." A wonderful boy, Kace was. One of her best friends, and not bad at giving piggyback rides either. Of course he wasn't as good as Bay, but then no one was. Freezing yes. Cold Adelaide could tolerate but she couldn't go outside without at least three maybe four layers on anymore. It was starting to become a pain to dress. Not to mention the dungeons were a lot colder than they usually were and fireplace seating was prime real estate. "I don't have that problem. But yeah. I hope they don't close the school or anything." Then again, they didn't with the aging thing and that was much worse.
Addi smiled. Kace was a nice guy. She hadn't had too much to do with him, but they had gone sledding that one time. "If they do, I might start skipping. I hate to say that, but ya know, if a lot of people band together and do it, they can't punish us all can they?" She probably would guilt herself into going into classes if they were outside, but eh. It was a thought.
