"Do you think the stars look like snowflakes too?" Ellinia asked. He looked really into the stars and all so she was just curious. The lion tilted her head slightly to the side and sat down a little bit away from the boy. Boys had cooties and germs after all.
For the first time in forever, Simon felt homesick. The horrible winter weather made him miss home even more. He was missing out on the best weather of the season back home. It was summer. Summer meant long lazy days on the beach playing cricket and swimming.
Simon was distracted from being homesick by this curious little girl sitting down kind of close (but not too close) from him. He chuckled. "
Umm.. Hello. I've seen pictures of some of them and some do look like snowflakes. The stars are pretty magnificent. I wish I could see them up close and personal. Do you like the stars?" he asked, glancing over at the girl.
