Not many words came from Erin, and mostly because she felt there was not much that needed to be said on her part. Besides that it would take her more than a few minutes to obtain a comfort zone in this new environment. She smiled towards the man welcoming her and thanked him before turning to Emily. A second nod and 'thank you' was repeated before she sat down as instructed.
Her quill and notebook were immediately taken out and then her ears were all for the meeting. People leaving, that did not need to be written down. Neither did her welcome, which she appreciated and therefore nodded with a smile even a third time. The nodding gestures needed to stop though, they probably thought she was a human bobble-head by now. As for the reviewing her ears were still open but her hands hadn't written a thing.
Nothing of her concern, just yet. Or wait. Quidditch threat letters? Her focus was doubled, this seemed intriguing. |
