Sophie shut her Runes textbook with a distinct thud.
"Yes," she said, matter-of-factly. She wanted to ask how he knew this and what he wanted, but she decided that a poker face was much better in this case.

"I can do my own homework," she said, before even responding to anything else. She only trusted her own good work at the moment, since Cutty was being so suspicious.
