Oh. She had actually kicked his shin. Woops. "Sorry." She finally said, once the boy was done rubbing his shin. Agatha didn't quite sound apologetic, though, but maybe it was because she simply didn't know how to sound that way. And to be fair, she didn't really think it had been completely her fault. But she said sorry anyway because it was probably the right thing to do and Agatha was a good girl. Of course she was.

He didn't see her there? "I didn't see you there either." Which was true, but it made Agatha immediately consider this excuse the next time she felt like kicking someone on purpose. She would have to remember that one. The girl didn't understand why he was waving, though. She was really close and waves were the type of thing you did when people were far from you. What an odd ki-- ohhhhhh! She had seen him before. That's the kid who hangs out with Ethan and Cutty all the time. No wonder he was slightly weird - Ethan was probably rubbing off on him already. "Yes, I was. And you're the kid who's always with Ethan and Cutty."

When the boy widened his eyes, Agatha was suspicious. She was about to question him when he introduced himself. She blinked and looked at his hand then up at him again before deciding to reach out and give him a quick handshake. "Nice to meet you. I'm Agatha Hapgood." Polite, she was. A true lady, mind you. Did he know? "Are you a third year too?"
