She grinned at the mention of his quidditch position. "Huh. Never done rock climbing. Sounds fun though. And all I do anymore is run." Just cuz it was the only thing to do this term.
Adelaide started nodding fervently. "It is awful. I'm really nervous for open tryouts because I'm out of practice." Being out of practice was the scariest thing ever. "That would be fun, but I feel like we'd get in trouble for it."
Dragon boy? Cris laughed at the mention of that name. Yes he was the dragon boy or rather wanna-be dragon boy. Whether that part of his plan actually came to fruition would remain to be seen. "
You haven't rock climbed? You should try it. It does require some upper body strength especially in your arms and fingers, but it really is lots of fun. You can start on an easier obstacle first, like a one of those rock climbing walls, " Cris suggested.
Yes, he knew he was rambling but he couldn't help it. When the topic of discussion was about something he loved doing, he always tended to talk a lot about it.
"
Hey that's another thing we have in common. I love running too. In fact, I've been running almost every morning ever since I've been here at Hogwarts. Running in the morning always helps wake me up. Maybe one of these days we could run together," he smiled liking the fact that here was another girl who loved running. The only other person he knew that ran was Jasmine.
"
Pfft....I don't think you have anything to worry about. I know it's hard when you haven't been able to practice at all this term, but I'm sure you'll do fine. It's like riding a bike. You may start off a little bit slow, but soon you'll be back to the way you used to be....fast, " Cris nodded, confident of his new friend's abilities.
