Beaming at Dec, she waited for him to take the gift out and couldn't help but gloat in her head about how she's gotten really good at getting him to do things for her just by asking. Honestly, it was probably just because he liked her enough and had nothing to do with how she asked him things.

MINNIE MOUSE AND CANDY. "Dec. This is the best. SERIOUSLY." And she was so serious! She had gotten a lot of things in her sixteen years of life but for some reason no one ever got her anything with Minnie on it and this was a double plus because candy. "Thank you sooooo much!" She leaned over and pecked his cheek quickly. This was way better than what she'd gotten him!

Snort. "Like the candy, minus the ee sound at the end though." She had never really thought about it as a candy middle name until now. Maybe her middle name really wasn't all that bad. Way better than Charlotte anyhow.

"Mhmm. Definitely. There are some that are the exact opposite though." She, clearly, was not one of those but for all she knew, Dec's girl was. "And would she be your age oooor just a year younger?" Unless, of course, Dec had forgotten how old she was...
