The spell wasn't that hard, and he had a feeling they already had it mastered. Maybe they ought to blow off this half hour and just agree they'd mastered the spell between the two of them? Then again, Mo really didn't want to be the one to corrupt his baby Sophie.
"I'll go first, at your generous suggestion." He removed his wand from his holster and pointed it at the dummy before flicking it to the right and then the left. "Reducto." The head of the dummy exploded rather more tidily than one would expect, and Mo nodded at Sophie.
Easy. "I'm good at it, aren't I?" And Sophie knew he loved being buttered up. It was easy to do, too, considering how many nice things there were to say about Mo. She didn't even have to lie. Generous suggestion. She giggled a little at that and, though she clapped for him a few times, she was not at all surprised at how simple the task was for him. Hm. Since he made it look so easy, Sophie stepped forward toward her dummy, raised her wand, and flicked it sharply to the right then to the left with confidence, "Reducto!" The head exploded off her dummy at the neck and shot straight up into the air, landing in one piece on the other side of Mo.
Huh. Well, she'd take that.
"I wish these were moving targets. That'd be way more fun." Didn't he think so?
