Carrie was here. Her plus one would have been her mother - she loved this kind of thing - but she'd had to cancel last minute Carrie was here alone. She was wearing the dress that she'd bought for that medieval event earlier in the year. Medieval style made her feel like she was with her friends from Empire, not at a work event. But it was nice. In fact, if anything, she was more like the comfortable, relaxed Carrie that spent time in tents in fields with other people who were dressed up than the high-strung, stressed out Carrie who was always worrying about work.

Once she'd arrived, she decided to explore... and found an Egyptian display. Ooh. Wow. This was very interesting. She walked along the exhibits, looking at all the interesting stuff. But then she noticed there was already someone here. "Oh, hello. I almost didn't notice you." she said, offering a smile to the woman. "You blend in!"
