Right? It was a while. Watching yeast bubble was about as interesting as watching paint dry.

Problem? Oh. That problem. Nigel here didn't have any interest in cooking. Schuyler nodded to this, not all that surprised. "You'd rather be doing things like playing quidditch, and starfishing, and snogging your girlfriend, and maintaining those lovely locks of yours." And that was all totally understandable. Good hobbies, those were. Especially the snogging girlfriends one.

But finally, their wait was over and they were ready for the next step. Now the first bit of flour was already measured out from a few minutes ago when she was waiting for that yeast to bubble, so in went the flour - nice and gradually, just like the instructions.

Hadley was now asking questions about sugar, BUT seeing as she and Nigel were still finishing up, she let some of her peers give responses to that one.
