When her grandmother made bread, she always covered the dough with a tea towel, but Jasmine didn't see any of those lying around. After a brief search, she found that the bowl had its own cover. Placing the cover on top of the bowl, Jasmine checked her watch. "OK, now we have to let it rise for 45 minutes or until it has doubled in size. I think we're good for a little while." Stepping back, Jasmine allowed herself to relax for the moment.

"I think it's time to spray that other bowl with cooking spray and pop the dough into that one," Cris suggested as he placed the bowl he was holding down on the worktable and reached out to pick up the can of cooking spray and began spraying the second bowl liberally with cooking spray.
