So this time sugar will be added. Cris hadn't mentioned the ingredient because he thought after Professor Hadley's objection to too much sugar in one's diet that sugar would be omitted.

Text Cut: "Cris' journal' Ingredients to make Pizza dough: 1 1/2 cup warm water 1 tablespoon sugar 1 tablespoon. yeast 1/2 teaspoon salt 3-4 1/2 cups flour Steps to making dough Step One: Using one of the bowls at your workstation, combine the water, sugar, and yeast. Let the mixture stand for 10 minutes (or until yeast is bubbly) Step Two: Add salt and stir. Step Three: Add 1/2 cup flour and mix well, gradually adding more flour (usually no more than 3-4 1/2 cups) until the dough starts to pull away from the sides of the bowl and no longer sticks to your fingers.
