Always with the laughter. You know when she laughed like that it usually embarrassed Tag. Mhm. She already knew this. An, just to play along Tag pretended to catch that kiss. But he didn't know what to do with it so he just opened his hand. Did the kiss just float away to the ground? "I'm not hurt at all." Not even a little bit. Its not like she was trusting her life with whatever she was doing.

So they were going to be looking at the sky when she was born? If that's what Tag got out of it. "We're going back to when you were born? Like, we're going to be seeing the sky you had when you were born?" That sounded a bit interesting. Which raised a question in Tag. "Does that mean we'll be seeing the libra constellation?" Yes? No? Maybe so?

'Not going back.' Was Lottie clearing up that she wasn't going to go through a Benjamin Button process? Because that could be cute. Seeing an ickle Lottie. As in, 'before Hogwarts' ickle.

Yes, exactly, she knew. And she was quite grateful she didn't have to see him during the lessons, it was one thing to mention the sun without Tag in the room... and another one to mention it with him there. "I know." She smiled, and blushed almost immediately at his next words. Seriously, Tag. "We don't know that yet. I haven't talked to Airey, actually." Future, though. The future was so incredibly unknown, yet...

...hey, it's called Astrophysicist, you know?

Now she was beaming at him, and okay, so he wasn't hurt. Excellent! He could still keep the kiss. Wherever it was.

Er, what? That was one slightly complicated way of putting it, so she spoke up, "What the sky looked like when I was born. Or close to how it looks every 1st of October." It had differed over the years, probably, but 17 years isn't too long for there to be a significant change. Unless some stars had died. But that was not the case. "That...," she blinked, Libra? Oh, "...I don't think Libra is visible. If you're referring to the zodiac, that's the constellation where the sun was positioned during that time. Libra would be in the sky, just not visible for us." And obviously not during the day. It wasn't even visible mid-October, otherwise she would've pointed out. They would've been able to see it in August, but they hadn't been looking for it back then.

Either way, "You should recognize part of the sky if you remember mid-October." It was a bit over a year ago, it was fine if he didn't even remember Polaris.

And she pressed the final button, making the desirable sky appear up there. This was as close to traveling back in time could get. Nothing more. Nothing less. Her eyes were on the control pad, instead of the stars, she could make the moon's luminosity fade like Airey had, but... eyes on the sky (fake one, but still), "Anything familiar?" That question was for Tag, of course.
