It was all big and stretched and it most certainly looked like a snow cloud. It felt like a snow cloud. It probably smelled like a snow cloud too, if they even have a smell of course. But whatever his cloud actually was, it wasn't snowing.

In fact... It wasn't really doing anything? What. But it LOOKED so perfect. Maybe he had to wait a little longer? GAH. Transfiguration. More like transFAILuration.
