Shoe!Girl │ Rebel Ravie │ Confundus Queen │ RP Addict The charms she’d cast on herself to keep her warm before the DADA lesson earlier in the term were being cast even more often lately, but at least Lily wasn’t complaining. She sort of felt like she’d gotten used to the weather at Hogwarts, although there had been a few memories of how hot it had been in Peru last summer. That had almost made her feel like complaining as she’d headed out toward the lake for the joint class, but she held it back. Complaining wasn’t going to accomplish anything. It wouldn’t make her warmer. Hopefully they’d have some sort of activity that would keep them active and therefore warmer than just standing around outside watching their own breath.
She’d managed to work up a grin for the professors, however. “Hi Professor Thompson, Professor Fuller,” she said, settling onto one of the blankets as her green eyes scanned cross to the winged horses near the frozen-over lake. That looked like they’d be riding, which was okay with her. She wasn’t against that one bit, but for now it looked like they’d have to wait. Waiting meant not going anywhere, so she’d wrapped her robes around herself a bit tighter. She wasn’t planning on spending the holidays sick with a cold.
