Herbology workshop. Hayden didn't know how she felt about that. Herbology wasn't her favorite subject. It involved labor, which she didn't like. Plus she wasn't very interested in learning about the plants. She would much rather study spells and spell theory. But points were points, and she was there for the good of her house. "Good morning Professor," Hayden greeted cheerfully as she entered the greenhouse. She was wide awake despite the fairly early hour. Awake and ready to work. But she didn't know what to do, so she just stood there waiting for instructions. She didn't want to get involved with flesh-eating plants without clearly knowing what she was doing first.
"Good morning dear," Seren greeted the young Badger, all bright smiles as she adjusted her gloves.
"Wondering where to start?" she asked, noticing that Hayden seemed uncertain of what to do.

Taking out her gloves, she put them on her hands before going over to one of the buckets. Making sure not to grab a rat, she grabbed a nice chunk of meat and tossed it to one of the plants. Honestly, she had no idea what it was, but it sure appreciated the meal, snapping it up eagerly.
And finalllyyyy! One of her properly sorted Gryffindors were present. Where were the others? In bed? Stuffing their faces in the great hall?. ... Merlin knew.
"Morning Bay," she greeted, looking between him and his Honourary Lion girlfriend. Ahem.
"Sounds like a plan," she mused in reply to Lux. Seren was happy to let them get started on things, both were responsible, neither needed much supervision with these tasks, leaving her free to tend to the others.
