The Puffer snorted. Right. "You guys run into each other a lot.'' Note the stress he placed on the last word. But his tone was light and he threaded carefully as he did not wish to start another fight with his friend. Especially since they had just reconciled. Sort of. "That was some reward she gave you, though.'' Adi casually bit into a sandwich. "Do you happen to have any chocolate frogs?'' So now he had to ask or tell him he wanted to work together? What happened to Adi suggesting it or asking him on occasion. It was like suddenly Benny had to be the initiator the whole time rather then it be a shared effort. Did his friend forget all of a sudden he wasn't the most talkative? No doubt the HUfflepuff tended to put the ideas of partnering up faster then he did. Especially in potions. There the Gryffindor was too focused on not making mistakes than to think of asking....or rather begging for help.
That was an understatement. "Yeah...I guess we do." Benny found himself looking awkward and feeling weird all of a sudden at the mention of the reward. Cue bashful lion...or dragon. "Actually..." he reached into his robe pocket where he had a few left over from DADA. Out of habit he had taken extra knowing how much of a sweet tooth Adi had before registering he might not run into him. Though he had considering sending them with Conrad. "Here-be. Thest ba forte tebl---" The third year broke off and made a face as his words came out all wrong. "Frame the fence."
