Group 2 please don't let me be miunderstood "Okey-dokey, AJ." What did the J stand for? Leah did not ask the little girl. She was having a bit of hard time telling the two girls apart now. "All good things, yep." Angel saying how much she loves her sisters and all the sisters stuff. Then AJ went for a sword fight, and the second year watched them fight.
Then she turned to the little Ravenclaw girl. "Hi Maddie. Good idea. A competition." she would definitely participate in that. But not before she had a little bit of chat with her honorary sister. Staggering a bit, Leah said, "O-of course I can manage this." A mischievous smile crept up the second year's face. "Uh, wait. Let me go through my list." And she really did go through her list of spells she knew, muttering a few. "Ah I think it's Reducio. I'll let you try that out yourself." 'Cuz she was not sure herself and she did not know how AJ would respond to the mischief.
More people were joining in, and in the confusion Leah heard someone calling her name. It was the um a bit weird Slytherin dude sword-fighting with Sophie. "Hi Ethan." she kinda remembered him sitting at their table in the start-of-term feast and thinking they were Smithereens. "Uh, good luck with the sword-fight!" she said. As Maddie yelled about the competition, she followed his directions and ran off to drop the planks down near the porch builders. Nope, she did not want to be a bumbling billywig. Her arms felt much lighter without the planks. An older guy was actually admitting that he was a bumbling billywig!
Jogging back and bending down to grab another four planks, Leah said to a Gryffindor prefect, "Hi. I don't really know what we are doing, but we're carrying planks." There, she answered. |
