Oooooooooh. A Good choice. A VERY good choice. The astronomer was more of a Shakespeare's comedies sort of fellow for obvious reasons, but could also appreciate the tragedies. "Reputation is an idle and most false imposition; oft got without merit, and lost without deserving," he recited, striking some rather overly dramatic poses as he went off in his own imagination. "Who was your Othello? When I last saw it I had the pleasure of witnessing the majesty that is Prentis Aldridge play the role. It was like watching history in the making considering he is a decedent of the great Ira Aldridge you know."
Now he really wanted to go to the Globe. Or anywhere really and experience the theater. Didn't matter the genre so much, he just wanted to see the magic that unfolded on the stage.
Oh, huh? Save the adventure of discovery for the Ravenclaws? Pfft. WHY would he do that? Discovery wasn't an exclusive thing, nor should be curiosity - although it was clear that the Gryffindor before him was not nearly as fascinated by this mirror and its bigger purpose than he was. "I have another theory," he mused as he tapped the mirror again. "Although I've never tested the validity of this theory, but I have always wondered if this is perhaps the result of a two-way mirror that has, perhaps, become stuck and therefore, as you put it, not work."
He stepped back from the mirror and stood in front of it for a moment. Wasn't she just the LEAST bit curious?!
"Perhaps you need to act a scene from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs to get yourself seen? How is your Evil Queen?"
