Dylan laughed. The girl was adorable. "It appears so, you've definitely got some serious ninja skills there." he told her. She really did. In fact, he wished he had some ninja skills like her, but he was just extremely clumsy, sadly. Perhaps sometime this girl could teach him her ways.

"It's nice to meet you, Maddie." he said with another smile. Dylan tended to do that a lot, smiling. He just couldn't help it. But he was pretty sure people didn't mind. He then looked at her for a minute when she asked him if he came to the treehouse often. "I do, actually. How about you?" he asked, swinging his legs as he sat on the edge of the balcony with Maddie. She seemed real interesting to talk to, he was already starting to like her. She was pretty talkative and outgoing to, for being new here and all. He remembered being very, very shy during his first month at Hogwarts.
