He smiled with amusement as she continued laughing, though he couldn’t help feeling a bit disappointed that she didn’t giggle again. He supposed he’d just have to try harder for that one. “Careful with that hand, BBT.” SNORT. “That’s private property, y’know.” Poke. He poked her with the rod a few more times before dropping it somewhere in the background.
Ignoring the Little Cherub bit and giving Vinnie a narrow-eyed smile, Louis listened as she suggested they… fly on their skateboards? WHAT? “Fly? On our skateboards?!” he repeated with a laugh, eyebrows raised high. Oh yeah, McFay was definitely drunk now. And, because Lou kind of was, too, he failed to really register just how bad of an idea that was. “Let’s try that, then…” He gave Vinnie a smirk and walked to one of the broom closets in the room. Brought upon by magic, two skateboards sat there, waiting for the kids to put them to use.
Vinnie grinned and held her bottle of butterbeer up to toast.
„To my BBV who will willingly let me steal his butterbeer and pretend he doesnt know!“ That was the best proof of true friendship the girl had ever seen. One could always count on Louis. Also...his chuckle was adorable. A real little cherub chuckle it was. Maybe she should poke his cheek more often. The girl definitely had to remember that when she woke up, no matter how much butter beer was in her system.
As the she realised where she had just poked him the Slytherin hid her face behind her hands and starting laughing. Had this really just happened?! Thank god no one was around to witness it.

not much property there.“ Snooort. That was obviously a lie, but it was just too much fun teasing him. Wiggling away from the rod he was poking her with Vinnie fell onto a pillow that had fallen of the couch...and started laughing even more.
They were wizards werent they? So why couldnt they fly on their skateboards. There was nothing that they couldnt do, nothing was impossible. At least not to her.
„Really?“, she beamed like a little kid in a candy shop,
“once again my hero.“ The fifth year thought he would be against it, all prefect and stuff but once again he proves worthy of being her best friend. Watching him stand up and go to the cupboard to get their skateboards Vinnie was amazed that he could still walk straight.
