"mhm! that was the only type of Dragon Ana could find so i hope it's okay." silly muggles and their non belief of dragons.
Looking down at her as she put her arm up he nodded, "yeah, of course!" Twisting the one end of the bracelet so it opened he put it around her wrist before struggling to close it back up. It took him a minute or two and at one point he swore his tongue was sticking out of the side of his mouth as he concentrated. Turns out the bangle was big enough to just slip on her hand with little to no struggle. Oh well.
Ana helped him? Damn. He put a lot of thought into this. Beverly couldn't help but just stare at him in admiration. She's been under this notion that people only do things, not for free, but for favors in exchange. But she's never felt that with Jeremiah. He did things for her without expecting things in return. Beverly was still not used to that. Her natural instinct told her to give something back. She had to remind herself that it wasn't like that with him. It was going to take some practice.
Beverly watched him as he fumbled with the bracelet, and chewed on the inside of her cheek when his tongue poked out in concentration. That was...adorable. How can a Gryffindor be this gentle? Weren't they hotheaded and rash? It didn't matter. Her boyfriend was the best.
Wiggling her wrist as he slipped the bangle on, Beverly kissed his cheek. "Thank you, boyfriend."
