Crap. Louis felt this weird, unpleasant sensation in his chest. It was like his heart sinking to the bottom of his stomach; it was a feeling he’d felt a few times before and tried to avoid as much as possible. It was guilt. Pure, raw guilt. He had just caused his friend to go into a panic attack over a fear he’d had for most part of his life; how was he supposed to live with that?! His stomach twisted in an unpleasant manner as Jun calmly decided it was nothing a butterbeer couldn’t fix.
No, no, this required more than butterbeer.
“Mate, I’m so sorry… I didn’t know,” said Louis softly as he cautiously took a step closer to his friend, though still keeping a safe distance. He wasn’t sure if his mere presence would cause another panic attack or something; he’d never been in this situation before, he wasn’t really sure what to do or not do. Instead, the Gryffindor walked over to the sinks and picked up his wand, listening as Jun went on to confess that he’d been acting earlier. WHAT.
“What?!” He turned around to face the Ravenclaw with big blue eyes. “You were acting!? I seriously thought your head was on fire!” ;LD’F;HK;LFGHJ. That sneaky git! “Yeah. Pretty bloody convincing.” Louis shot his friend a look but smiled anyway. Leave it up to Jun to decide to pull a prank on him when the boy was most feeling unsure of something. Gawsh.
Oh. And now it was his turn.
Biting his bottom lip, Louis nodded his head slowly. He just had to remember…. #YOLOOOO!
Jun shook his head. Sure he was upset at Lou, but he quickly realized it wasn't his fault. Jun should just put a big sticker on his head that said 'I'm afraid of water.' But knowing some students here, that would be a really bad idea.
"Don't worry. I'll be fine in a couple of days. Or just head off to practice and forget it happened," That's how he started dancing in the first place. And singing. His dad signed him up for dance after the first time and Jun was hooked. Helped him get little parts at his muggle school before coming here.
Sigh.
"If my head was on fire, you'd see smoke coming out, wouldn't you? No wonder you didn't end up with the Ravenclaws," In all honesty, Jun thought Lou completely fit in with the puffers. Down in the kitchens. Sap and very easily convinced of things. Total puffer traits. Eagles were a proud bunch, Lou didn't really have those traits to him. They would eat him alive the first week he'd get sorted in. He dodged a bullet in this one.
"Thank Pal for that. She gave me acting lessons," In return for singing ones. Sucks for you, Bolton.
Giving Lou a cheeky grin, Jun steadied his hand and said the spell. Lou's dark hair slowly began to fade as it turned lighter and lighter. Wand still pointed at the prefect's hair, Jun waited until it was completely blonde.
"Doesn't look so bad on you," Maybe not as good as Jun could pull it off, but close. Now Lou was a blonde, blue-eyed boy. Ideal.
