Adi continued to stare at his book, pretending to read but actually he wasn't seeing the words on the page. Angel being here brought up memories of the occurrence at the Willow and that wasn't something he wanted to think about. He didn't want to think about either Angel nor Benny and that was the reason he was spending most of his time alone, his head buried in a book.
"I'm not angry with you. Not anymore,'' Adi said in the same resigned voice.
"But if you really want to know then listen. You're hanging out with my best friend so much that I don't get to hang out with him anymore.'' There. Now the first year knew the reason he had been annoyed for the past few days.
