Wand still pointing at the gnome, trying to get her aim correctly Josie tried to wait for the perfect moment. She took a breath before casting, I"Immobulus!", watching it shoot out of her wand spiraling towards the garden gnome. It edged closer & closer, but unfortunately she'd JUST missed it by mere inches. Instead of it hitting her target, the charm hit a small patch of grass that would probably be frozen in time now.

Perhaps she should try again?
