Was Vinnie seriously LAUGHING?! Did she not realize how upset Charlotte was right now? HER CANDY BAG WAS MISSING. "Virginia McFay, [i]I need my candy bag!" Now was not the time for fun and games, it was the time to get Charlotte her candy so she could calm down and enjoy a yummy lollipop. Candy was what made her feel better and since Charlotte had been in a bad mood when she first started looking for the candy, it was clear she'd be in an even worse mood if she didn't find it.

Charlotte crawled under the bed and starts tossing things out from there too. ~~She really really just need to clean her side of the dorm already.~~ "I had one with me but I finished the candy in there and I need mooooore." It wasn't hard to understand. Candy = happy Charlotte. If worse came to worse, she'd have to go find Jun and hope he wasn't with Lex and beg him for some of his candy but she really didn't want to have to go do that. Taking the chance of seeing that girl was just not a thing. No way. She ask anyone else for candy first if it meant not seeing Lex.
