He was now extremely surprised he hadn't heard about it. A threatening letter? He wondered to himself what it must have sad. "That's crazy. And sad, but you do have a point. We do need to be safe," he said when she finished talking. "Merlin's beard though... I really know what was written on that letter." Laughing along with him, Lux totally could understand what he meant about being late hearing news. That happened to her as well sometimes, and it really could be frustrating at times. Fortunately he was in the know now, and clearly not devastated by the news as some people clearly were. "I'm guessing extra security has been added to the school... and if not, it will be at some point." In a way it reminded her of when the Dementors had been at Hogwarts after Sirius Black had escaped from Azkaban. Fortunately such measures wouldn't be needed again, and Ministry people could take care of things.
Nodding, Lux really wanted to know what was in it too. "I really am curious too, and it baffles me why someone would have such a huge problem with Quidditch." True, some people took it too seriously and things could get out of hand.... but it was simply a sport meant for fun. She could never understand why people got violent over it. Even as a competitive person, she was never violent, and never would be unless someone besides Bay tried to kiss her; then she would punch them in the face. |
