Even though her first attempt going well kinda put a downer on his victorious round, Theo grinned and clapped for Derry as she rang the bell. "Not bad, not bad." "Thanks for not poisoning me!" That was always nice. He held out his hand for a FIRM handshake, because it was just necessary with all this POWER, okay?
"Not bad?" Derry raised an eyebrow.
"I think you'll find that's what is known as a perfect score. I'd've won a teddy if this was a muggle fair." Which he knew. Because he was muggleborn right? Unfortunately, this was
not a muggle fair, so she didn't get a teddy.
"We should play finger jousting to see who's really stronger." she suggested, but then the lesson was announced as over... sigh.
"Nevermind..." But it was still a fun game.
"Yeah, likewise." she said, giving him a big smile. It was pretty lovely to be all, not poisoned and all. She reached out and took his hand, shaking it enthusiastically. They were both going in the same direction though, right? Derry took a couple of steps back to her table and grabbed her bag, before waiting for Theo. Lunch time, right?
