Extinguishing the fire, Leah added the second snake fang in and scourgified the stirrer. Stir once anti-clockwise. Eeep, the potion was now yellow! Not as bright as others', but at least it was not a dull color either. Now tired of scourgifying, Leah muttered a scourgify at a cup and scooped her potion in it. That was when a much older girl looking for a partner. "Hi, I'd love to try your potion. Would you... like to test mine pretty please?" she asked nervously, approaching the girl with her cup in hand. Lily hadn’t had to wait long for someone to hear her. Of course, that could have actually been a bad thing, seeing as she still didn’t particularly want to drink the potion at all, whether it was her own or someone else’s. She didn’t really care if she wasn’t able to lift a car or anything else completely ridiculous, but it was the assignment. It was for points, and she also didn’t exactly want to lose any. She had given the little Hufflepuff who had approached her a smile. It wasn’t her fault she wasn’t anxious to drink anything that had blood and everything else they’d put in it. Besides, the girl seemed like she was just as nervous. Unless it was from approaching her, but that would be easy to fix. “Hi,” she replied, sliding her own cup of potion back and forth slightly. “Sure, why not?” That seemed confident. A lot more confident than she actually was when it came to drinking the potion.
“I’m Lily,” she continued, trying to get the girl to feel maybe a bit more comfortable. “Did you want to try the arm wrestling or the hammer after we’ve drank the potions?” She’d let her choose. She didn’t want to accidentally break anybody, and seeing as she was the older student, she figured it was her responsibility to make sure that didn’t happen. Even if she didn’t know if either of their potions would really work. She wasn’t going to scare a younger student by accident.
